We offer Stainless steel in 316 grade with a brushed finish (No4)
Sizes regularly stocked include: 0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm & 3.0mm
Our maximum capacity for laser cutting stainless steel is 1200 x 800 x 3.0mm
Acrylic
Often used for signage, laser cutting is a great method for cutting complex designs
Sizes regularly stocked include: 3.0mm, 6.0mm, 10mm
Colours regularly stocked include: white, black & clear
Other colours are available on request. Through good relationships we are able to keep costs and lead time down on special requests
Our maximum capacity for laser cutting Acrylic is 1300 x 900 x 10mm
Wood
Common woods for laser cutting include: 3mm MDF & Ply, 12 & 15mm Lite Ply
The thicker woods are great for signage when paired with a clear lacquer
Other common applications include: paint stencils & art projects
Cardboard
A great, low cost method for producing signage layout templates that will only be used once
Check your sheet metal flat patterns and bends with precision laser cut cardboard mock ups. This will stop the waste of valuable sheet metal
